I agree PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT: Credit/debit cards are required to be on file for all clients. Cards are charged at the end of service for full amount plus the current sales tax rate of 6.75% Credit/debit cards are required to be on file for all clients. A deposit of 50% of the total agreed-upon price, including applicable sales tax, is required at the time of booking to secure the service. All deposits and final balances are subject to applicable sales tax, as required by law. The total amount, including tax, will be clearly outlined in the invoice or booking confirmation. The current sales tax rate is 6.75%. If you cancel the service less than 7 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date will allow the deposit to be applied to the new date, subject to availability. The remaining 50% of the balance, including applicable sales tax, is due upon completion of the service or as specified in the service agreement. I agree APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING: All appointment times are approximate. Please allow a 1-hour window for appointment times (30 mins for 9 AM start times). Many variables can affect our arrival times, such as weather and road conditions (especially in the winter), client cancellations, lockouts, appointments taking longer than expected, etc. I agree EMPLOYEE SAFETY : The safety of our staff is our top priority as employers and we are committed to staff safety and require our employees to refrain from climbing ladders higher than 2 steps or lift or move objects weighing more than 50 pounds. Our staff cannot clean bodily fluids, pet accidents or any other substance or item which may pose a health or safety hazard to our employees. We reserve the right to remove an employee from a job site at any time if their safety is of concern or they feel uncomfortable. I agree EMPLOYEE SOLICITATION : You may not solicit our staff to be contracted or employed by you or your affiliations for cleaning services of any kind. You are liable for an employment referral fee of $3,000 per person, should you directly employ (either legally or on a cash basis) anyone currently employed by us, or employed by us within the six-month period prior to such employment. You agree to pay this fee whether you notify us of your action or we discover this employment independently at any time after it occurs. I agree FINAL WALK-THROUGH : We require all initial/one time cleanings to be inspected and signed off on. If you are unavailable during this time, a member of our management team will be contacted to come in and do a walk-through with the lead technician assigned to your service. I agree SATISFACTION GUARANTEE : If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us directly within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss. We will make it right! I agree PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: -We do not organize toys, clothes, or other personal belongings -We will bring a step ladder and extension duster but cannot guarantee any areas out of our reach -We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. -Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely. -We do not provide laundry services or wash dishes.
