We like to keep things simple! We offer just two services:
Recurring Maintenance Cleaning – weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits to keep your home consistently fresh and cared for.
One-Time Top-to-Bottom Deep Cleaning – perfect for moving in, moving out, or giving your home a full reset.

We will bring all of our own supplies and equipment- with the exception of toilet bowl brushes. All of the products we use are non-toxic and eco-friendly. We do not allow our staff to use any client provided products, with the exception of marble and granite cleaner.

We use a commercial grade line of cleaners that are eco-friendly and non-toxic. You can check them out at Speedcleaning.com. They are safe for kiddos and pets!

We don’t charge by the hour. We price each house based on size, condition, features, and what type of service is requested.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. Payment is processed after each cleaning — no cash or checks to keep track of. Easy and secure.

Not at all. Most of our clients aren’t home during service — we just need a way to access your home. Whether that’s a key, garage code, or door lock system, we’ll work with what’s easiest for you.

All of our technicians are carefully selected, fully trained, and background-checked. Many clients have a set “regular” technicians, so you’ll see familiar faces who know your home well.

That depends on the size of your home and which service you choose. A top-to-bottom deep clean will naturally take longer, while recurring maintenance cleans are typically faster since we’re maintaining your home on a regular basis.

We completely understand that life happens — sometimes schedules change, vacations pop up, or unexpected events mean you need to skip a cleaning. We’re happy to accommodate those occasional changes as needed.
Because our pricing is based on how often we visit your home, skipping an appointment changes the amount of time and effort required to bring it back up to standard. For that reason, rate adjustments apply when a recurring appointment is skipped:
Weekly clients → next cleaning is billed at the bi-weekly rate
Bi-weekly clients → next cleaning is billed at the monthly rate
Monthly clients → next cleaning is billed at 1.5x the regular rate
