I agree PAYMENTS: Credit/debit cards are required to be on file for all clients. Cards are charged at the end of service for full amount plus the current sales tax rate of 6.75% I agree SKIPPING/LOCKOUT: We completely understand that life happens — sometimes schedules change, vacations pop up, or unexpected events mean you need to skip a cleaning. We’re happy to accommodate those occasional changes as needed. However, because our pricing is based on the frequency of your cleanings, skipping an appointment changes the amount of time and effort required to bring your home back up to standard. For that reason, the following rate adjustments will apply when a recurring appointment is skipped: Weekly clients who skip an appointment will be charged the bi-weekly rate at their next cleaning. Bi-weekly clients who skip an appointment will be charged the monthly rate at their next cleaning. Monthly clients who skip an appointment will be charged 1.5x their regular rate at their next cleaning. If we are unable to access the home upon arrival, or are turned away at the door, a lockout fee equal to half the service price will be charged to the card on file. I agree APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING: All appointment times are approximate. Please allow a 1-hour window for appointment times (30 mins for 9 AM start times). Many variables can affect our arrival times, such as weather and road conditions (especially in the winter), client cancellations, lockouts, appointments taking longer than expected, etc. I agree EMPLOYEE SAFETY : The safety of our staff is our top priority as employers and we are committed to staff safety and require our employees to refrain from climbing ladders higher than 2 steps or lift or move objects weighing more than 50 pounds. Our staff cannot clean bodily fluids, pet accidents or any other substance or item which may pose a health or safety hazard to our employees. We reserve the right to remove an employee from a job site at any time if their safety is of concern or they feel uncomfortable. I agree EMPLOYEE SOLICITATION : You may not solicit our staff to be contracted or employed by you or your affiliations for cleaning services of any kind. You are liable for an employment referral fee of $3,000 per person, should you directly employ (either legally or on a cash basis) anyone currently employed by us, or employed by us within the six-month period prior to such employment. You agree to pay this fee whether you notify us of your action or we discover this employment independently at any time after it occurs. I agree SATISFACTION GUARANTEE : If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us directly within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss. We will make it right! I agree STAFFING POLICY: Although we do our absolute best to send you the same cleaning technician to every appointment, we reserve the right to change your technician at any point in time I agree PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: -We do not organize toys, clothes, or other personal belongings -We will bring a step ladder and extension duster but cannot guarantee any areas out of our reach -We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. -Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely. -We do not provide laundry services or wash dishes.
